How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is determined by weight and determined at checkout.

How Long will it take for my order to arrive?
We make every effort to process orders within 2 business days, this may vary during high volume periods, such as holidays and sales promotions.

Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days. This doesn’t account for customs delays outside of our control.

How do I Track my Order?
All orders are sent via DHL International with tracking details provided within your Shipping confirmation email.
Please refer to DHL International should you encounter any issues during the delivery process.

Things you should know
The Lace Check (postal service and distribution centre) does not operate during the weekend or public holidays.
Your order(s) will be dispatched the following business day.
